IHM Booster Families & Coaches:

The State of Ohio recently passed a new law named “Lindsay’s Law”, and the law was officially enacted on August 1st, 2017. The overall intent is to increase awareness and safety for our youth athletes against Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA).

In order for our IHM Athletics program to meet the requirements in the short term, we are asking all coaches, parents, and athletes to spend a few minutes watching the SCA awareness video at the following link:

Having everyone watch this video will satisfy the overall spirit of this new Lindsey’s Law for now (by increasing awareness & safety), and the Booster Board will continue working to develop a more trackable method for future sports seasons.
