The mission of the girl’s basketball program at Immaculate Heart of Mary School (IHM) provides all participants with an opportunity to develop athletic skills and personal character guided by principles of discipline, dedication, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play.
Athletics can do so much for teen and pre-teen girls yet nearly 75% of girls quit playing organized sports by age 13. Our goal is to provide every student-athlete with a positive athletic team experience within a Catholic school environment and a commitment to the religious, academic, social and physical development of every student-athlete consistent with the educational philosophy of Immaculate Heart of Mary Grade School.
IHM fields teams for 3rd thru 8th grades and participates in the GCCYS league under the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
